Actually, I was too tired last night to use the CC and buy the downloaded Version 1.3. Today, I read that V2 upgrade is another $25. That would have made me very very cranky!

In all fairness to recent buyers, you really should offer the upgrade free for anyone who bought the program in the last 90 days or so.

Customers who purchased ViceVersa PRO 1.3.1 in July/August 2005 have right to a free upgrade to ViceVersa PRO 2. More info at: http://www.tgrmn.com/web/upgrade/upgrade.htm

Hello robertpri,

You are right, I'm in this case, after one month after my order, a new (major) version are released !!!
But for me 90 days will be a good time to upgrade without to pay 25$.

25$ + 4.25$(VAT) = 29,25$ is close to 50% of the price of a new registration !!! Sad
Too much expensive after only 1 MONTH of used before the new version.

And when we look, this version V2, there are really major modification.
Some new functions are present, and the graphic interface are different.
But they are not support for several translations and all major was present in the previous version.

For me this version 2, is a step to win more money, like BILL G Wink Wink

Hopefully, the last beta version 2 is ok with a licence of a version 1.3.1 Wink

Hello,

It's me again, because I have received a new licence for the version 2 from the support of TGRMN Software Very Happy

I know now that a simple mail to a customer department, can be a good situation to explain a not logic situation !!!!
