Ok, thanks.

We've just bought and installed VVEngine, but it too only seems to run when we RDP into the server, rather than running 24/7 whether or not a user is logged in.

Let me know what details you need to debug and I'll get them over to you.

Thanks

Thanks.

We got everything working fine and synching based on 'file change detected' has been working flawlessly until 10pm last night! At least that's when sync last ran and there have been changes to files throughout today.

I have manually run the schedule and that worked fine, picking up all outstanding updated, but the service still refused to recognise file changes.

The current status of the profile is 'enabled'
Next Run: 'As soon as file changes are detected'

Any ideas folks? Whatever we try, it's just not picking up change detection. Automatic schedule every x minutes does work however.

Thanks

Could someone from tech support get back to me on this one please? We have purchased several licenses and have always had great service in the past. Very unusual that we're having to wait this long for a reply.

Thanks very much.
