This license statement and limited warranty constitutes a legal agreement ("License Agreement") between You (either as an individual or a single entity) and TGRMN Software, owner of the software product "ViceVersa FREE " ("Software") and related copyrights and trademarks.
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT. Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the License Agreement, TGRMN Software grants you the right to use the Software in the manner provided below. If you do not accept the terms and conditions of the License Agreement, you are to promptly delete each and any copy of the Software from your computer(s).
This license agreement only applies to the Software product "ViceVersa FREE" and not to any other product even if that product is similar to "ViceVersa FREE" and has a similar name.
No payment is required for the use of "ViceVersa FREE" under this
license agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT
WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT WILL TGRMN SOFTWARE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY
DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY
LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS. Because of the various hardware and software
environments into which ViceVersa may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must
assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL
BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
Copyright and Trademark Rights
The Software is owned by TGRMN. This Agreement does not grant you any
intellectual property rights in the Software.
Restrictions
You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
Distribution
You may give copies of the Software to others on the strict condition that
this is done by copying the original, unaltered Software archives as they can
be downloaded from the public areas of the Web Site. Public areas are those
that can be accessed by anybody with an ordinary Internet connection, without
the use of any password or key. You must not charge any money for the Software
itself or the act of copying the Software. You may ask a reasonable fee for
material and/or communication costs. You may not distribute the Software as
part of a larger package, unless that package is a collection of free software.
